Exchanges within 15 days of delivery. If the size isn't right — or you received the wrong item — email hmedenimworld@gmail.com with your order number and we'll reply within 2–3 business days. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement ships free.

• Items must come back unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
• Get written authorization before shipping anything back. Approved returns must be sent within 7 days, using a trackable service.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in every case. Outbound shipping is always free.
• Defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, the defect and the original packaging. Confirmed defects are refunded at 95% of the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Hang or line dry to protect the wash and shape. Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly over hardware or prints.
