By placing an order with HME, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Size Exchanges

If the size you ordered does not fit as expected, we are happy to exchange it for a different size within 15 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Cash refunds are not available for sizing or fit issues. Each item is eligible for one size exchange only.

How to request a size exchange:

1. Email contact@hmedenim.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your requested replacement size.
2. We will respond within 1–3 business days with return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service at your own cost and provide us with the tracking number.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send your replacement size with free standard shipping.

Replacement sizes are subject to availability. If your size is unavailable, we will offer the nearest available size or store credit.

Condition requirements: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered — free from stains, odors, makeup or pet hair — with all original tags, labels and packaging intact. Items that fail inspection will not be refunded or replaced.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, we will exchange it for the correct item within 15 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

How to request a wrong item exchange:

1. Email contact@hmedenim.com with your order number, a photograph of the item received, and the item you originally ordered.
2. We will respond within 1–3 business days with return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service at your own cost and provide us with the tracking number.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send the correct item with free standard shipping.

If the correct item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit.

Condition requirements: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered — with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.

Defective Items

We stand fully behind our products. If you believe you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Email contact@hmedenim.com with:

• Your full name and order number
• Clear photographs of the complete product and the reported defect
• Photographs of the original packaging and shipping label
• A written description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–3 business days. If your claim is confirmed, return the item using a trackable service at your own cost. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the product amount paid to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Note: The following are not considered defects — natural denim-wash variations, minor color differences from screen settings, normal fading, loose threads, packaging creases, or damage caused by wear, washing or misuse.

Return Shipping

We offer free outbound shipping on all orders. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs in all circumstances. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. HME is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

Important Notes

• All returns require prior written authorization from HME. Do not send items without approval.
• Approved returns must be shipped within 5 calendar days of authorization.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
• HME reserves the right to decline claims showing evidence of intentional damage, product substitution, or return fraud.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where applicable law provides greater protections, those requirements will apply.
